
Headmaster Mr. Avtar Singh honored on the occasion of retirement
Chandigarh- On the occasion of retirement, Headmaster of Government High School Maloa Colony Mr. Avtar Singh was honored by Vishwa Punjabi Prachar Sabha. On this occasion, the President of the organization Principal Bahadur Singh Gosal and Senior Vice President Jagtar Singh Jog had reached the above school with great honor and honored Headmaster Mr. Avtar Singh by presenting a shawl, a badge of honor, a gold medal and a set of books.

Farewell ceremony
A large number of Headmasters of schools of Chandigarh and prominent leaders of teachers' organizations, along with the entire staff of the school, were present in the ceremony held at the farewell ceremony. Speaking on this occasion, Principal Bahadur Singh Gosal congratulated Mr. Avtar Singh on his retirement after 36 years of honest service and remembered the services he had rendered in various schools. He advised Mr. Avtar Singh to engage in social service and work for the promotion and propagation of Punjabi after retirement.
On this occasion, the headmasters of various schools and other teachers present included Mr. Sahib Singh, Ram Parkash, Sarabjit Singh, Amrik Singh, Dalbir Singh, Ramesh Kumar, who congratulated Mr. Avtar Singh on his retirement. Earlier, Jagtar Singh Jog sang the song “Aao Kari Pyar Punjabi Naal, Ghar Ghar Kar Prachar” composed by Principal Gosal and gave a message of Punjabi love to all the teachers in a loud voice.
Finally, Mr. Avtar Singh thanked all the school heads, teachers and guests who came and assured the office bearers of Vishwa Punjabi Prachar Sabha that after retirement, he will fully serve the society and work with the organization for the propagation of Punjabi.
