Una, 25 April:- Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena on Thursday visited the 32 Mega Watt solar power plant being built by Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited at Pekhubela at a cost of Rs 220 crore. During this, he took detailed information about the ongoing work in the solar power plant and directed the concerned officials to complete the construction works in a timely manner so that people can be ensured to get the benefits of this project as soon as possible.
Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, Harikesh Meena gave detailed information about all the ongoing construction works related to the solar power plant to the Chief Secretary and other officials through PPT. Apart from this, he also gave detailed information about the solar power plants being established in Aghlor and Bhanjal.
Chief Secretary held a meeting with concerned officials regarding Bulk Drug Park.
Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena also held a meeting with officials regarding the Bulk Drug Park at the corporate office of Bathu. In the meeting, he took information from the officials of Jal Shakti Department, Public Works Department and Electricity Department about the ongoing construction work in the Bulk Drug Park and gave instructions to speed up the construction work. He said that if any kind of problem arises in the construction work, then they should be informed about it so that the construction work can be done easily and in a time bound manner. 60 percent work of 15 MLD water supply scheme in Bulk Drug Park has been completed and Rs 31.05 crore is being spent on this scheme. He instructed the concerned officers to complete the remaining work of the water supply scheme soon.

After the meeting, the Chief Secretary inspected the Bulk Drug Site being built in Poliyan Beet, the Administrative Block being built in Panjuana and the road being built from the Administrative Block to the Bulk Drug Park and gave necessary directions to the officials of the Public Works Department, Jal Shakti Department and Electricity Department. -gave instructions.
On this occasion, Director Industries Rakesh Prajapati, DC Jatin Lal, ADC Mahendra Pal Gurjar, Joint Director Industries Anshul Dhiman, SDM Una Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan, SDM Haroli Rajeev Thakur and officials of related departments were present.
