Hans Foundation will provide hospital dialysis facility

Till the commencement of services, dialysis facility will continue to be available in Grace Mega Care, Green Avenue Rakkad Colony and Nanda Hospital Una.

Una, 27 March:- A committee has been formed for the smooth and systematic operation of the dialysis facility in the Regional Hospital, Una. CMO Dr. Sanjeev Verma said that in this committee formed under the chairmanship of Dr. Sanjay Mankotiya, Medical Superintendent of Regional Hospital Una, District Health Officer Dr. Sukhdeep Singh Sidhu is included as member secretary and District Program Officer Dr. Vishal Thakur, Senior Medical Officer Dr. Vikas Chauhan, Jaswinder Singh, Yogesh Kumar and Gaurav Kumar have been appointed members of the committee.
Dr. Verma said that the objective of this committee formed as per the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal is to provide better facilities to the dialysis patients so that the patients do not have to face any kind of problems.
The CMO said that currently the patients were getting dialysis facility through the DCDC center established in the regional hospital, Una. But soon dialysis facility will be made available to the patients through Hans Foundation.
Dr. Sanjeev Verma said that till the time Hans Foundation arranges its new equipment smoothly in the dialysis centre, dialysis facilities are being provided to the dialysis patients at Grace Mega Care, Green Avenue Rakkar Colony and Nanda Hospital Una. He said that till now about 15 patients in Grace Mega Care and 25 patients in Nanda Hospital have been registered for this facility. This facility will be available free of cost in these hospitals under Ayushman and Himcare.
