Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, January 23, 2025: Exercising powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the license of Attan Gateway Business Solution firm.
The Additional District Magistrate informed that Shri Kartar Singh Khaira (Proprietor) son of late Shri Rattan Singh, resident of Village-Alhouran Khurd Post Office and Tehsil-Nabha, District Patiala, owner of Attan Gateway Business Solution firm SCO No. 88 & 89, Sector-82, Aero City Road, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was issued license No. 265/IC, dated 30.01.2019 for consultancy work. The validity of this license has expired on 29.01.2024.
Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that due to non-submission of monthly report as per the Act/Rules and Advisory by the licensee, non-renewal of license, non-response/clarification to the notice and non-compliance of the license provisions, the firm and licensee, exercising the powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1)(E) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, have cancelled/cancelled the license number 265/IC, dated 30.01.2019 issued to Aton Gateway Business Solutions firm with immediate effect.
Furthermore, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/director/partner/licensee will be responsible for it in all respects and will also be responsible to compensate for the same.
