Artificial Intelligence is an advanced stage of information technology which is both an opportunity as well as a challenge for work related to media along with other fields. Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma said this while addressing the media persons associated with print and electronic media from across the district on the occasion of District Level National Press Day organized at the District Headquarters. He said that whether any change taking place with technological development is beneficial or harmful depends on the use and discretion of the person. He expressed hope that the use of AI will prove to be effective for the media world in delivering qualitative and creative news to the general public and in facilitating media related work. On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner congratulated and congratulated all the journalists of the district on National Press Day.
District Public Relations Officer Meena Bedi first welcomed the media persons present in the program and congratulated them on National Press Day. After this, many journalists including correspondent Rajeev Bhanot and Surendra Sharma, Jitendra Kanwar, Saroj Modgil, Yogendra Dev Arya and Suraj shared their views about the benefits and challenges of using Artificial Intelligence for the media. At the end of the program, General Secretary of Press Club Una, Jitendra Kanwar expressed gratitude to all the journalists for attending the program.
