Patiala, October 25: There has been a steady increase in thefts in the city for some time now, due to which an atmosphere of complacency and fear is being felt among the city residents. Residents of Royal Enclave of Urban Estate Phase I have released a video to express their terror caused by thieves. It has been said in the video that 7-8 thefts have taken place in a few days and many thefts have been attempted. A spokesman said that the police station has complained twice to Urban Estate but no security arrangements have been made. It has been appealed to the Deputy Commissioner of Patiala and the police administration to make adequate security arrangements to save the people from the terror of theft.
