Hoshiarpur:- Under the guidance of the directions given by Honorable Mr. Sandeep Kumar Malik IPS Senior Superintendent of Police Hoshiarpur, under the instructions of SP Investigation Mr. Dr. Mukesh Kumar and Mr. Jaspreet Singh DSP Garhshankar, Inspector Jai Pal, under the tireless efforts and supervision of the Chief Officer of Police Station Mahilpur, the police party including ASI Satnam Singh was present at the checkpoint, then on 12-09-2025, information was received from the Control Room Hoshiarpur that a bullet had been fired at the house of Tarsem Singh son of Bhajan Singh, resident of Dhada Khurd in village Dhada Khurd, reach at the spot.
On which the police party including ASI Satnam Singh reached the spot and Parminder Singh alias Pindri son of Tarsem Singh alias Gadawar Singh resident of Dhada Khurd, police station Mahilpur, district Hoshiarpur gave a statement that he does agricultural work. On 20-09-2025, ASI Satnam Singh No. 1231/Hushi: arrested the accused Davinder Singh alias Bindi son of Harpal Singh resident of village Achharwal police station Mahilpur district Hoshiarpur and Jatinder Singh alias Sonu Bhalwan alias Sonu son of Surinder Singh resident of village Cheta police station Behram district Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar as per the Criminal Procedure Code.
On 21-9-25, accused Manjit Singh son of Satnam Singh, resident of Data police station Mahilpur and Bhupinder Singh alias Bhinda son of Joga Singh, resident of Jandiala police station Mahilpur were arrested and action was taken and the accused is being questioned.
