The officer has issued a show cause notice to the school principal and sought a reply. Pictures of this program have also surfaced, but efforts are being made to suppress this matter from within, while on the other hand people are demanding action against those who make the school an arena for politics.
The District Education Officer has released the names of the in-charges of the said school. The show cause notice states that a complaint has been received about your school that political activities are being conducted in the school, in which a political party is being promoted.
A person is seen addressing a group of students by putting up a banner of 'One Nation One Election' in the classroom. It should be clarified whether the said person is a teacher or an employee of the school and whether he was campaigning for any political party. It should also be clarified who has given permission to the said person to address the students.
A copy of this letter has also been sent to the Director School Education Punjab. This matter is being said to have happened a day before the summer vacation in schools, which is being continuously suppressed internally.
