
Deputy Commissioner met brave soldier Vyas Dev who was injured in Operation Sindoor
Una, June 10- The Deputy Commissioner personally met Sub Inspector Vyas Dev, a resident of Bathu in Haroli area, who was seriously injured while serving the country during Operation Sindoor on the Indo-Pakistan border, at his residence. During this, he felicitated Sub Inspector Vyas Dev and his wife Paramjit Kaur. Superintendent of Police Amit Yadav was also present with him on this occasion.

During this, he felicitated Sub Inspector Vyas Dev and his wife Paramjit Kaur. Superintendent of Police Amit Yadav was also present with him on this occasion.
DC Jatin Lal said that the valor, dedication and exemplary sense of duty of Sub Inspector Vyas Dev is a source of inspiration for all of us. He said that the country's borders are safe only because of such brave sons engaged in the service of the nation. He said that the district administration is committed to provide all possible help to Sub Inspector Vyas Dev and his family.
It is noteworthy that Sub Inspector Vyas Dev lost his left leg while displaying indomitable courage and devotion to duty during the cross-border firing on 9 May 2025. The District Administration Una salutes him for his extraordinary sacrifice and courageous act.
