Garshankar, August 7 - Teeyan Da festival was celebrated today with full enthusiasm in St. Soldier School here. School Director Sukhdev Singh, who specially arrived during the event, encouraged all the children who contributed to celebrating this festival.
During his address, he said that schools and colleges are the institutions that keep Punjabi culture alive today.
Now he appealed to all the students to participate more in such programs in the school so that they themselves feel proud to be a part of this event.
On this occasion, Shelli Bhalla, the principal of the school, along with the chief guest, specially honored the students who performed during the event.
