
World Oral Health Day celebrated at ESI Hospital

She said that proper cleaning and care of teeth is very important. She said that many times we ignore toothache considering it a minor thing, but in such a situation we should immediately contact the doctor because toothache can be a sign of tooth decay.
She said that teeth are also an important part of our body and it is very important for them to be healthy. She said that for healthy teeth, brushing should be done properly. Do not brush too hard and do not brush the gums. Change the brush every three months. If it feels too cold or hot, consult a doctor.
Dr. Kler said that every person should make it a habit to brush in the morning and at night before sleeping. It is very important to avoid consuming tobacco etc. He told about the symptoms, prevention and treatment of various dental diseases.
