Mahilpur, March 17- The Gidda team of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa Mahilpur has brought laurels to the institution by showcasing its dance talent during the Folk and Tribal Culture Festival held in Bangalore yesterday.
Speaking about this, the college's Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh and Gidda team in-charge Dr. Prabhjot Kaur said that the college's Gidda team has achieved many achievements by being at the top in the regional youth, inter-college and inter-university competitions last year.
They said that on the basis of these achievements, the college's Gidda team had received a special invitation to showcase its dance talent at Infosys Foundation and Vidya Bharati Bhavan Bangalore, where the college students have brought laurels to the institution by presenting Gidda.
