Hoshiarpur- Free medical camp organised by Lions Club Greater Dasuha at Baba Barfani Langar Hall, Dasuha was a great success. Hundreds of people took benefit in the event where the specialist doctors provided free medical consultation and medicines.
During the event, Chief Guest Lion Rachpal Singh Bachhajeevi, District Governor, Lion Club 321D marked his presence and highly appreciated the contribution of the organising team and medical faculty for the welfare of the society.
Lion Dr. R. K. Nair (President, Lion Club Greater Dasuha) thanked the medical team for the success of the camp. Lion Ravinder Sharma (Secretary) highlighted the importance of these free health camps. Lion Rajan Ralhan (Project Chairman) expressed his gratitude to the organising team, supporters and participants. Sanjeev Kumar (Project Coordinator) thanked the medical faculty and Lion Club Dasuha Greater for their social service.
Dr. Sarju Ralhan (MCH, Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon, Hero DMC) appreciated the commitment of Lions Club towards public service.
Dr. Anubhav Sharma (Orthopedic Surgeon) informed about the importance of timely diagnosis and preventive treatment of diseases.
Dr. Sameer Kapoor (Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon) recommended these methods and hoped to organize more camps in the villages.
During this camp, renowned doctors provided free health checkup, medicines, ECG, blood sugar, blood pressure, bone strength checkup and lifestyle counseling.
Among the doctors present were Dr. SP Singh (SMO, Mand Pandher), Dr. Arju Ralhan (Gynecologist, Civil Hospital Ajnala), Dr. Hitesh Marwah, Dr. Varun Nayyar. In this mega camp, Chamber of Commerce Dasuha President Lion Amrik Singh Gagi and his team were welcomed, Vinod Ralhan and his team were welcomed by Ralhan community and Mehar Doctors team was welcomed by Chemist Association Dasuha. Dr. Lion Surinder Singh Basra, Lion K.S. Puri, Mr. Arun Sharma (famous industrialist of Ludhiana), Mukesh Ranjan (MD, MRC Group), Vijay Sharma (MD, Vijay Mall, Dasuha), Amolak Hundal (BJP leader), Omkar Ralhan and many other famous personalities were present in this event. Lions Club Greater Dasuha expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors, guests and volunteers who gave their valuable time to make this campaign a success.
