
District Red Cross Branch organised General Medical Check-up Camp at Government High School, Rani Mazra
Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, February 11: Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner-cum-President, District Red Cross Branch, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Smt. Ashika Jain, District Red Cross Branch organised General Medical Check-up Camp at Government High School, Village Rani Mazra, Block Majri, Tehsil Kharar, SAS Nagar on Tuesday in which eye and general check-up of students, teachers and villagers of Government High School, Village Rani Mazra were conducted.

Ashika Jain, District Red Cross Branch organised General Medical Check-up Camp at Government High School, Village Rani Mazra, Block Majri, Tehsil Kharar, SAS Nagar on Tuesday in which eye and general check-up of students, teachers and villagers of Government High School, Village Rani Mazra were conducted.
Giving information on this occasion, Secretary Red Cross Harbans Singh said that District Red Cross Branch is always ready to help the poor and needy people. He also said that all this has been possible due to the sincere efforts of Deputy Commissioner-cum-President Smt. Ashika Jain, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Senior Vice President Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke and Assistant Commissioner-cum-Honorary Secretary Dr. Ankita Kansal.
Speaking on behalf of Secretary Red Cross, it was also informed that during this camp general medical checkup of the people and children of the village was done and free medicines were also given and 11 students, who have poor eyesight, will also be given free spectacles. This camp was organized in collaboration with the office of Civil Surgeon, SAS Nagar and the team including Dr. Alkajot Kaur, Senior Medical Officer, Primary Health Center, Boothgarh, Dr. Harminder Singh, Dr. Rajinder Singh, Sakshi (CHO).
The team of Red Cross, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was also present on this occasion. At the end, the staff including Mrs. Rupali Sood thanked everyone.
