Presentation of different literary colors in the gathering

Chandigarh: The monthly meeting of Sahitya Vigyan Kendra Chandigarh was held at Punjab Kala Bhawan, Chandigarh, which was presided over by renowned poet and thinker Dr. Gurminder Sidhu Ji and attended as the chief guest by renowned critic and former District Language Officer Mohali Dr. Davinder Singh Boha Ji.

The executive president of the center, Paramjit Param Ji, who was a member of the presidium, welcomed everyone and shared the outline of the ceremony. And gave information about the honored personalities. Gurdas Singh Das, Ratan Babakwala, Balwinder Dhillon and Baljit Kaur, Harinder Har, Teja Singh Thuha, Simarjit Grewal, Darshan Tiona, Bhupinder Matourwala, Harjit Singh, Labh Singh Lehli and Sarabjit Singh explained religious and social concerns through songs.
Subhash Bhaskar, Narinder Kaur, Rekha Mittal, Baldev Bindra, Varinder Chatha, Malkit Nagra, Bahadur Singh Gosal, Rajinder Renu, Mickey Pashi, Kanwaldeep Kaur, Jaspal Desuvi, Charanjit Kaler, Jaspal Kanwal, Ramandeep Ramnik, Anshukar Mahesh, Sagar Bhuria, Charanjit Kaur Bath, Bharpur Singh touched upon social and political issues through poems. Asha Kanwal and Tarsem Raj presented musical cultural songs and Dr. Shashi Prabha touched upon political issues through Hindi poetry. Dr. Manjit Bal won praise by presenting film songs through flute tunes. Dr. Shinderpal Singh suggested focusing on qualitative creation rather than quantitative. Dr. Davinder Boha, while praising the program, suggested focusing on children's literature and organizing literary workshops. Dr. Gurminder Sidhu Ji praised the works of all the writers in a different way and encouraged them and presented a short poem of his 'Kirana Da Jhaaru Leke'.
Dr. Avtar Singh Patang, while talking about the knowledge and scholarship in the work, thanked the audience and the writers present. Darshan Singh Sidhu handled the responsibility of conducting the stage well.
