Meeting held under the leadership of the Chief Minister regarding the construction work of Sikh Museum and Guru Ravidas Museum.

Chandigarh, September 23:- Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that in order to preserve the heritage of the Gurus and convey their philosophy of life and ideals to the masses, the DPR of the Sikh Museum and Guru Ravidas Museum to be built in Kurukshetra should be prepared soon. It should also be ensured that the work related to these two museums is completed within the stipulated time limit so that the coming generations can take inspiration from the teachings of the Gurus and contribute to the country and society.

Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini was holding a meeting with the officials regarding the Sikh Museum and Guru Ravidas Museum to be built in Kurukshetra here today. He also directed that while finalizing the DPR of these two museums, installation of solar panels should be kept in mind.
He said that to preserve the memory and teachings of the Gurus, a Sikh Museum will be constructed on 3 acres of land in Kurukshetra, which will work to take the youth forward by following the teachings of the Gurus. He said that the Sikh Museum in Kurukshetra should be constructed in such a way that it presents a complete picture of Sikh history, culture and the contribution of the Gurus. The historical battles fought by the Sikh Gurus for the protection of religion, justice and establishment of human values ??should also be displayed in the museum so that that saga of sacrifice and struggle remains a source of inspiration for centuries.
Shri Naib Singh Saini, while emphasizing the need for the magnificent construction of the Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Museum, said that this museum should not only be made magnificent in terms of its establishment but its content should also effectively present the philosophy of life, spiritual thoughts and message of social equality of Sant Ravidas Ji.
The Chief Minister said that 3 acres of land for the Sikh Museum and 5 acres for the Guru Ravidas Museum have been provided by the Haryana Urban Development Authority. Now the necessary procedures should be given priority to start the construction work of these projects at the earliest.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary of the Heritage and Tourism Department Mrs. Kala Ramachandran, Director General of the Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department Mr. K. Makrand Pandurang, Chief Administrator of Haryana Urban Development Authority Mr. Chandrashekhar Khare, Deputy Commissioner Kurukshetra Mr. Vishram Kumar Meena and OSD to the Chief Minister Dr. Prabhleen Singh along with other officials were present.
