Una, July 4 - To promote tourism activities in Andrauli of Kutlehar Assembly constituency, Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal visited the area today with officials. During this, various possibilities were discussed to promote various activities from the tourism point of view and various steps to be taken in this regard were discussed.
Recently, during his one-day stay in Kutlehar assembly constituency, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu visited Andrauli to promote tourism activities and issued guidelines to the district administration to explore various possibilities. Under these instructions of the Chief Minister, today Deputy Commissioner Una visited Andrauli tourist spot along with the officials of Bangana sub-division and held extensive discussions on various possibilities from the tourism point of view.
The district administration has started efforts to promote various tourism development activities under Kutlehar Tourism Development Committee (KTDS) in Andrauli. While these efforts will boost tourism development in Andrauli of Una district, they will also create direct and indirect employment opportunities for the local people.
On this occasion, SDM Bangana Sonu Goyal along with officers from other departments including revenue and rural development were also present.
