Nawanshahr - Preparations for the three-day Mahan Kirtan Darbar, dedicated to the 555th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, have almost been completed and all the members are engaged in day and night service for the success of these activities. The process of giving invitation letters to the markets by the members is also going on. For the commencement of this work today (November 3rd) at Gurdwara Guru Angad Nagar, all the Sangats will recite Sri Sukhmani Sahib ji and pray for its successful completion.

Surjit Singh, Chief Sevadar of Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society, while giving this information said that a huge pandal is being decorated in the ground of JSFH Khalsa School Nawanshahr for the events and light, sound system has been well arranged. It is worth mentioning that the society is organizing a three-day Mahan Kirtan Durbar dedicated to the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji from November 4, in which the first day will be started by the Kirtani Jatha of Bhai Joga Singh Dhahan Kleran.
From 06:00 to 07:00 PM, the jatha of Hazuri Ragi Bhai Unkar Singh Ji of Sri Darbar Sahib will perform through Gurbani Kirtan. After that, Giani Ranjit Singh Ji Head Granthi Gurdwara Bangla Sahib will share the ideas of Gurmat. From 8:30 pm to 10 pm, panth famous kirtani Bhai Chamanjit Singh Lal will entertain the devotees by performing kirtan of Amritmai Bani. Jathedar Singh Sahib Giani Raghveer Singh Ji of Sri Akal Takht Sahib will also issue souvenirs prepared by the society and share ideas with the devotees.
He appealed to the Sangat to participate in this event by wearing veils. On this occasion, he was accompanied by Uttam Singh Sethi, Balwant Singh Soita, Didar Singh Gahun, Jagjit Singh General Secretary, Jagdeep Singh Cashier, Palwinder Singh Kariyam, Parminder Singh Kanwal, Inderjit, Singh Bahara, Jaswinder Singh Saini, Kuljit Singh Khalsa, Joginder Singh Mahalon, Manmohan Singh, Darshan Singh Saini, Baldev Singh, Haqiq Singh, Gyan Singh, Manjit Singh Mehtpur Ramnik Singh, Daljit Singh Badwal, Harpreet Singh Happy and Daljit Singh Saini were also present.
