New Delhi, September 18- A Delhi court has issued summons to appear to former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, his sons Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav and others in a money laundering case related to the land scam.
Special Judge Vishal Gogne has ordered all the accused to appear before the court on October 7. The court has pronounced this order considering the supplementary charge sheet filed against the accused.
In this case, the ED submitted the final report before the court on August 6. The central agency had registered this case on the basis of an FIR registered by the CBI in this case.
