Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 23 August 2024:- Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the license of Campbell Educational Firm exercising powers under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke informed that Mr. Kuljit Singh son of Mr. Baljit Singh resident of House No. 123, Sector- 45, Chandigarh (UT), owner of Campbell Educational Firm SCF No. 103, Top Floor, Phase-7 Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was issued license No: 251/IC dated 28.12.2018 for running consultancy and coaching institute of IELTS. This license has expired on 27.12.2023.
Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that due to non-submission of monthly report and advertisement information by the licensee as per the Act/Rules and Advisory, non-renewal of license, non-compliance of license conditions, non-response/clarification of notice, letter received undelivered and office closed, due to violation of the provisions of Section 6 (1) (E) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 by the company/firm and licensee, the license number 251/IC dated 28.12.2018 issued to the said firm has been cancelled/cancelled with immediate effect.
He informed that as per the Act, the said licensee/firm/partnership or its licensee/director/firm will be responsible for any type of complaint etc. and will be responsible to compensate for it.
