Nawanshahr - Under the able leadership of Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman District Employment and Business Bureau, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Mr. Navjotpal Singh Randhawa and Additional Deputy Commissioner (c) Mr. Rajeev Verma, District Employment and Business Bureau provided employment to the youth of the district. A placement camp was organized at C-Pite, Rahon Road, Nawanshahr.
Giving information in this regard, District Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Officer Sanjeev Kumar said that in today's placement camp, Captain VJS Rana and his team were interviewed by Checkmate Securities for the posts of Security Guard Supervisors/Drivers/Data Entry Operators. done 66 candidates participated during the placement camp.
34 candidates were shortlisted by the employer for various posts. Shortlisted candidates have been called for training/registration at Mohali office of the agency. Special support was given by the camp in-charge Tejinder Singh and his staff to organize placements at C-Pite. The camp was attended by the pass out trainees from C-Pite and the aspiring unemployed of the district. The officer thanked the camp in-charge and the staff.
The official said that two placement camps will be organized in a week to provide employment to the youth of the district. Interested unemployed candidates can present their documents at District Employment Bureau, 3rd Floor, DC Complex, Chandigarh Road, Nawanshahr on any working day.
