Election Officer SDM Bangana Sonu Goyal said that Chanchal Singh, age 77 years, son of Bishan Singh, village and post office Chalola, Tehsil Una, District Una, from Kutlahar filed his nomination as an independent candidate. Manohar Lal, age 60 years, son of Krishna Dutt, village and post office Samurkalan, tehsil Una, district Una, from Kutlahar itself, filed his nomination as the covering candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party.
At the same time, on Monday, 4 candidates from Gagret Assembly submitted their nominations to Returning Officer SDM Gagret. Election Officer SDM Gagret Saumil Gautam said that Rakesh Kalia, aged 55 years, son of Madan Lal, village and post office Bhanjal, Shankar Nagar, Tehsil Ghanari, District Una, filed nomination as a candidate of Indian National Congress from Gagret Assembly. Mohit Bagga, aged 35 years, son of Mohinder Pal Bagga, village and post office Gagret, sub tehsil Kaloh, district Una, filed his nomination as an independent candidate. Apart from this, Ashok Saunkhala, aged 37 years, son of Param Jeet Singh, village and post office Amboa, tehsil Ghanari, district Una filed his nomination as an independent candidate.
