Strictness on unauthorized entry in schools action will be taken on violation
Hansi:- Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal has issued strict instructions regarding unauthorized entry in school premises to maintain safety, discipline and uninterrupted teaching-learning process of students in government schools of the district. He clarified that no outsider or unauthorized person will be allowed to enter the school premises without proper permission.
Deputy Commissioner has directed District Education Officer, District Primary Education Officer and all Block Education Officers to make principals and headmasters of schools in their respective areas aware of these instructions and ensure strict compliance.
As per DC's instructions, entry of visitors and outsiders in school premises will be controlled. Entry will be allowed only on the basis of proper authorization and valid purpose. School administration has been instructed to keep necessary surveillance on the activity of every person entering the premises.
He said that in any circumstance classes and teaching activities should not be obstructed. Without permission, no outsider will be allowed to enter the classroom, interfere in teaching work or affect the academic activities of students and teachers. During examinations, prayer assembly, cultural and other educational programmes also unauthorized entry and interference will remain completely prohibited.
School heads have been instructed to maintain effective security and discipline arrangement in the premises and keep the purpose of entry of outsiders clear. As per requirement, arrangement of proper permission and monitoring will also have to be ensured.
Administration has clarified that disregard of instructions or negligence in their implementation will be taken seriously. In case of unauthorized entry or improper interference in academic activities, responsibility of concerned officer or institution head will be fixed.
Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal said that maintaining peaceful and orderly environment for safety of students, discipline in school and quality education is top priority. Unauthorized entry in school premises and any kind of interference in teaching activities will not be accepted.
