Silver falls by Rs 700 to Rs 233 lakh per kg
New Delhi:- Today, July 6, gold and silver prices fell. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold fell by Rs 761 to Rs 1.45 lakh. Meanwhile, the price of one kilogram of silver fell by Rs 700 to Rs 2.33 lakh.
This year has seen continuous fluctuations in gold and silver prices. So far in 2026, gold has become more expensive by Rs 13,000 and silver has become more expensive by more than Rs 1,000. On December 31, 2025, the price of 10 grams of gold was more than Rs 1.33 lakh, which has now reached Rs 1.45 lakh. Similarly, the price of silver was ?2.30 lakh per kg on December 31, 2025, and now it has increased to ?2.33 lakh. During this period, gold reached an all-time high of ?1.76 lakh and silver reached ?3.86 lakh.
