Hoshiarpur: The M.Sc. IT (Master of Science in Information Technology) fourth-semester results for the Sainik Institute of Management and Technology, Hoshiarpur campus—run by the Punjab Government's District Defence Services Welfare Office—have been outstanding. This institute serves as the nodal office for the Sainik Institute of Management and Technology centers operated by the department across various districts of the state and is affiliated with I.K.G. Punjab Technical University.
Campus Director-cum-District Defence Services Welfare Officer, Commander (Retd.) Baljinder Singh Virk, announced that in the M.Sc. IT fourth-semester results, Harman secured the first position with a 9.00 CGPA, Anmoljit Kaur secured the second position with an 8.67 CGPA, and Ramanpreet Kaur secured the third position with a 7.83 CGPA.
He congratulated the college Principal, Dr. Parminder Kaur Saini, the academic staff, and the students on the excellent examination results. He stated that this achievement is the outcome of the students' hard work and dedication, combined with the quality teaching provided by the faculty. Wishing the students a bright future, he encouraged them to continue moving forward with the same diligence and commitment.
Faculty members—including Prof. Ritu Tiwari, Prof. Sukhvinder Singh, Prof. Jasveer Singh, Prof. Chandni Sharma, and Prof. Sandeep Kaur—along with the entire staff and student body, were present on this occasion.
