IndiGo aircraft hits pole at Srinagar Airport all 200 passengers safe

Srinagar:- An IndiGo aircraft (Flight 6E 225, registration VT-NOG) collided with a pole while being parked at Srinagar Airport. The flight had arrived in Srinagar from Navi Mumbai on Friday morning. The incident occurred at around 9 a.m. when the aircraft was parked at Bay No. 6. All 200 passengers and crew members on board the aircraft are safe; no one was injured.
Following the incident, the passengers and crew were safely deboarded using manual aircraft stairs. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the incident. Operations at Srinagar Airport remain normal, and all flights are operating as per schedule. The pole struck by the aircraft is part of the Visual Docking Guidance System, which assists in positioning aircraft correctly within the parking bay and ensuring safe parking.
