Houthi Rebels Attack Saudi Arabia 73 People Injured

Cairo/Saudi Arabia :- Seventy-three people were injured in attacks carried out by Iran-backed Houthi rebels on Saudi Arabia early Tuesday, Saudi Arabian officials said. Major General Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi Arabia-led coalition fighting the Houthis in Yemen, said the rebels targeted ''civilian and economic establishments'' in the Saudi Arabian cities of Abha, Jazan, Najran and Khamis Mushait.
He said the Saudi Arabia-led coalition ''will carry out all necessary military operations with full determination to stop the terrorist Houthi militia.'' Before these attacks, the Houthis had alleged that Saudi Arabia had attacked a prison located in Yemen's northern province of Al-Jawf. The attacks took place amid escalating fighting that has continued for several weeks between the Houthis and Saudi Arabia-backed government forces in Yemen. The fighting has ended a four-year ceasefire in Yemen's civil war.
