Gas cylinder pipe bursts wall collapses with loud explosion youth burns

Ambala, July 14:- While heating food in a house near Kesari railway station in Ambala this morning, a gas cylinder pipe suddenly burst, causing a loud explosion in the kitchen. The explosion caused the kitchen and the solid wall of the house to collapse and a youth named Deepak was badly burned.
It is being told that Deepak Kumar had come home to eat food. Due to gas leakage from the regulator in the closed kitchen, the gas pressure had already increased. As soon as Deepak lit the fire to heat the food, the gas immediately caught fire. Within a few seconds, the cylinder pipe burst with a loud explosion.
In this explosion, the strong solid wall collapsed like a house of cards and the door also fell down. In this accident, Dilip Kumar, who was heating the food, was badly burnt and was referred from the Civil Hospital to Sector 32 GMCH in Chandigarh and from there to PGI due to his serious condition.
Dilip's father Pawan Kumar said that he is disabled in his legs. At the time of the accident, he was alone in the house because his wife had gone to the doctor. During this, his son Deepak came and went inside to heat the food. Suddenly, there was an explosion and he came out screaming. His face was completely burnt. He gathered courage and called 112 after which an ambulance came and took him to the Civil Hospital.
Pawan Kumar said that the civil people had referred him to Sector-32 Chandigarh from where he was sent to PGI. Now Dilip is undergoing treatment at PGI and his condition is out of danger.
