He said that Yoganidra means spiritual sleep. This is the sleep in which one has to sleep while awake. Yoga nidra is the state between sleep and wakefulness, it can be considered as the state between dream and wakefulness. Yoga Nidra is practiced with full awareness. Through yoga nidra, your body, mind and spirit become stress free. This makes everyone healthy and refreshed, like charging a car battery. Along with this, diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyle and wrong eating habits are called lifestyle diseases. These diseases are neither spread by infection nor are they genetic, yes, genetic factors are involved, diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyle and wrong eating habits are called lifestyle diseases. To avoid this we should do yoga. Saptachakra is considered a very important part of Dhyana Yoga. There are seven types of chakras in our body which have their own significance. The internal energy in the body can be channeled through yoga and tantra practices. He said that the patient and the seeker should always perform these activities under their supervision.
