Hisar: In order to expedite the assessment process of house damage caused by the rains, SDM Rajesh Khoth held a meeting with officials and employees of the relevant departments on Monday and provided them with necessary guidelines.
The SDM said that the survey and report preparation of house damage should be carried out promptly and transparently. Any negligence or delay in this work will not be tolerated.
During the meeting, SDM Rajesh Khoth assigned duties to officers and employees department-wise. He said that teams should visit villages to accurately assess the damage and collect actual data based on the applications received so that affected families can receive the benefits of relief schemes in a timely manner. He also stressed the importance of maintaining transparency and impartiality when preparing the report.
The SDM also instructed the staff to listen seriously to the problems of the affected people during the survey and provide them with full empathy. He directed officials to conduct regular field visits to the affected areas with their teams and submit progress reports. The SDM assured that the administration stands with the public at every step and that no affected family will be deprived of assistance.
Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan, Block Development and Panchayat Officer Ashok Kumar, and officials and employees from other related departments were present at the meeting.
