Chandigarh- Giving information to the journalists, the club president Lion KK Agarwal said that during the camp, 122 units of blood were collected by the GMCH Sector-32 team.
After this, the Lions Club Mohali honored the blood bank team and donors by giving them badges and certificates.
It would be appropriate to mention here that the blood donation camp was organized for the third time at Amity University in which the children showed great enthusiasm.
Lion Harinder Pal Singh Harry, Chairman Lions Quest, Lion Kuljit Singh Bedi (Charter Member and Deputy Mayor, Mohali), Lion Amit Narula, Lion Rajinder Chauhan (Secretary), Lion Tejinder Kaur (President) and Lion Kanwalpreet Kaur (Secretary) from Disha Club and other members were present. Lion Ayush Bhasin (President), Leo Gagandeep Singh, Leo Agamjot Kaur, Leo Manan were present from Leo Club.
Meanwhile, Lion Harinder Pal Singh Harry, a senior member of the club, thanked the University Administrator Colonel Amrit Gohtra, NSS Volunteers Dr. Bindu, Dr. Damanpreet Singh Chug Coordinator for the excellent arrangements made and the staff members for their cooperation.
The camp was organized very well by the University and refreshments were arranged for the blood donors.
