Chandigarh, August 7 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that Haryana and Israel will work together and move forward with modern technology in research, health, agricultural technology, advanced irrigation system, artificial intelligence, waste water and other fields. Israeli Ambassador to India Ruben Azar paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini at Sant Kabir Kutir, Chandigarh and discussed other topics with mutual cooperation.
Chandigarh, August 7 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that Haryana and Israel will work together and move forward with modern technology in research, health, agricultural technology, advanced irrigation system, artificial intelligence, waste water and other fields. Israeli Ambassador to India Ruben Azar paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini at Sant Kabir Kutir, Chandigarh and discussed other topics with mutual cooperation.
The Chief Minister said that during this, emphasis was laid on establishing a Center of Excellence in Haryana. Apart from this, emphasis was laid on doing more work at the Integrated Aviation Hub Hisar, Overseas Placement. So far, more than 180 youth are working in Israel through overseas placement under the Haryana Foreign Cooperation Department.
Apart from this, there has been a demand from the entire country to employ five thousand nurses from Israel for the health sector. In which Haryana is also looking to increase its participation. Apart from this, there was a detailed discussion on setting up a Global Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre in the state. So that the youth can be trained in modern AI skills and technological innovation in the state can be encouraged.
He said that the state of Haryana wants to increase its participation in various other areas with Israel. Haryana will work on new technologies with Israel to use waste water in irrigation and to make water suitable for agriculture and drinking. So that waste water can be used.
The Chief Minister said that the Haryana government has formed a Department of Foreign Cooperation to explore employment opportunities abroad and further strengthen relations with other countries. The Foreign Cooperation Department is continuously working to provide employment to Haryana youth abroad and double the exports.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister presented a copy of the Gita to the Israeli Ambassador Ruben Azar. On this occasion, the Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta, Commissioner and Secretary of the Haryana Foreign Cooperation Department Mrs. Amneet P. Kumar and Advisor to the Foreign Cooperation Department Mr. Pawan Chaudhary were present.
