Patiala, February 27- Students of the Department of Computer Science, Punjabi University were imparted training to solve competitive exam questions easily and quickly. For this purpose, a special session of 2 hours was organized.
Speaker Sunil Kumar was invited in this session, who has 25 years of teaching experience as a lecturer in a government school. He taught shortcut methods to solve questions of qualitative and quantitative aptitude in this direction as part of the training series on placement related activities.
Sunil Kumar told the students about the shortcuts and easy methods that can be adopted at the practical level to solve the related questions. The students expressed satisfaction about this session and demanded to organize more such training sessions.
Department Head Prof. Gagandeep said that nowadays all government jobs are based on tests, which include such questions. Apart from this, UGC NET exam, which is the eligibility test for the job of Assistant Professor in colleges and universities, also includes such questions.
He said that such activities would be planned in future under this series.
