Garhshankar- Election of the posts of Senior Vice President and Junior Vice President of the Municipal Council, Garhshankar A special meeting was held at the office of the Municipal Council, Garhshankar under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Oshi Mandal (IAS) Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Convenor of the Municipal Council, Garhshankar.
In this meeting, Mrs. Jaswinder Kaur Mann, MC Ward No. 11 was unanimously elected as Senior Vice President and Mr. Kirpal Ram Pala, MC Ward No. 7 was elected as Junior Vice President. Hon'ble Jai Krishan Singh Raudi, Constituency MLA, (Deputy Speaker Punjab Government) was present in this election as GXFCO member.
During this election, Mr. Harjit Singh, Executive Officer and the rest of the staff of the Municipal Council were present. Meanwhile, Honorable Jai Krishan Singh Raudi, Constituency MLA, (Deputy Speaker Punjab Government) congratulated the newly elected Senior Vice President and Junior Vice President. The elected Presidents of the Municipal Council assured that they will solve every problem of the city residents on priority basis.
