SAS Nagar 30 June 2025: SDM Mohali Damandeep Kaur said that yoga has a big role in keeping the body healthy. By practicing yoga, we not only become physically healthy but also mentally strong. This also stabilizes the mind and the peace coming from within plays a big role in keeping the body healthy. She said that under the Chief Minister Yogashala being run in the district on the orders of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, expert trainers in the entire district are connecting people to a healthy lifestyle through yoga.

She said that under the Chief Minister Yogashala being run in the district on the orders of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, expert trainers in the entire district are connecting people to a healthy lifestyle through yoga.
Trainer Rishav told that he conducts 6 yoga classes daily in Mohali city from 6.05 am to 6.30 pm, in which the first class is held in Sector-77, in front of Radha Swami Satsang Ghar, Mohali from 4.55 am to 5.55 am, the second class is held in Sector-78, Park Number 17 from 6.05 am to 7.05 am, the third class is held in Hero Homes, Sector-88 from 7.15 am to 8.15 am, the fourth class is held near Sector-71, Hemkunt School from 8.30 am to 9.30 am and the fifth class is held in Sector-77, Park Number 4 from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm and the sixth class is held in Sector-71, Park Number 33 from 6.35 pm to 7.35 pm.
Trainer Rishav said that by doing yoga our body remains fresh throughout the day. He said that yoga practice eliminates diseases from the body and also provides relief from new diseases. He said that our body is very precious, it should not be wasted, it should be taken care of.
