SAS Nagar, June 10- Punjab Congress has given a big responsibility to Mohali Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor Kuljit Singh Bedi by appointing him as Balachaur Assembly Constituency Coordinator. This appointment has been made by the party keeping in mind his long-standing work for the party.
According to the list released by General Secretary Sandeep Sandhu on the instructions of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, Deputy Mayor Bedi has been chosen for this important role in Balachaur constituency.
Expressing happiness over this appointment, Mr. Bedi said that the Congress High Command has entrusted this important responsibility to him by trusting him, and he will take this responsibility as a mission and fulfill it with full dedication and loyalty.
He said that the party structure will be strengthened from booth level to district level in Balachaur constituency. He said that he was earlier also entrusted with important responsibilities during Haryana elections, where he worked for the party.
He said that he is working to strengthen the Congress base in urban and rural areas of Mohali Assembly Constituency, and this responsibility will further enhance his efficiency.
