Hoshiarpur- In view of the procession to be taken out on February 25 in connection with Shri Shivratri Festival, the district administration has declared a half-day holiday in the afternoon in all government/private schools, colleges and educational institutions of the district.
As per the orders issued by District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal, these holiday orders will not be applicable in those schools/colleges in which their board/university/college examinations are being held on the said date.
