Hoshiarpur- A special meeting of Rotary Club of Hoshiarpur was held at Rotary Bhawan under the leadership of President Sneh Jain, in which Rotary Club District 3070 Governor Dr. PS Grover and his wife Balwinder Kaur participated as chief guests. On this occasion, retired Chief Manager from State Bank of India, Mr. Pradeep Parashar was inducted into the Rotary family by Dr. PS Grover by putting a lapel pin on him.
President Sneh Jain and Secretary Timatni Ahluwalia warmly welcomed him on joining the Rotary family. Pradeep Parashar's name was presented by Rotarian Rajinder Modgil which was welcomed with applause by all the members of the Rotary Club. On this occasion, the District Governor in his address said that Rotary Club of Hoshiarpur already has three former District Governors and apart from this all the members are associated with different activities and now the arrival of a retired banker will make the club even more special.
After this, Rotarian Pradeep Parashar was honored by the club by giving him a turban and a memento. On this occasion, Rotarians GS Bawa, Surinder Vij, Arun Jain, President Sneh Jain, Secretary Timtni Ahluwalian, Rajinder Modgil, Ravi Jain, Ashok Jain, Yogesh Chandra, Pradeep Parashar, Madam Taranjit Kaur, Surinder Kumar, Madam Om Kanta, Dr. Ranjit, Sanjeev Kumar, Lampi Ahluwalian, Chandra Shareen, Suman Nair, Dr. Rajinder Sharma, etc. were present and Pradeep Parashar said that I will serve Rotary with my body, mind and money.
