DC appeals to residents to dial helpline number 1100 for complaints, feedback, requests or information

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, March 12: To provide smooth and transparent civic services to the residents of the state, the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann has already started a helpline number 1100 for the convenience of the residents, by contacting which the district residents can register their complaints, feedback, requests and information related to any department.

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, March 12: To provide smooth and transparent civic services to the residents of the state, the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann has already started a helpline number 1100 for the convenience of the residents, by contacting which the district residents can register their complaints, feedback, requests and information related to any department.
Giving information, Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Komal Mittal said that the district residents can get all the information related to their work from the concerned department by dialing 1100 from home.
She said that apart from the departments, this helpline number can also be contacted for any kind of problem in getting services at the service centers or to register any complaint. She said that apart from this, complaints can also be registered on the Public Grievance Redressal Portal of the Punjab Government.
