Mohali 22 February: With the infinite grace of Dhan-Dhan Baba Janki Das Ji, Kabaddi Cup dedicated to the memory of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh is being organized in village Ballomajra on 5-6 March 2025. The poster of this Kabaddi Cup was released today by MLA Kulwant Singh and others and congratulated the organizers of the Kabaddi Cup for organizing the Kabaddi Cup.
MLA Kulwant Singh said that following the policies of the Aam Aadmi Party government led by Bhagwant Singh Mann, the young generation has turned away from drugs and turned towards the sports field and Punjab Sports Festival is being organized on a large scale at various places.
During a meeting with MLA Kulwant Singh, Sarpanch Gurjinder Singh Sona of village Ballomajra and Gurpreet Singh Gurri at the Aam Aadmi Party office in Sector-79, it was told that all preparations have been completed for the Kabaddi Cup to be held on 5-6 March.
During this Kabaddi Cup, the first prize will be Rs 2.5 lakh and the second prize will be Rs 2 lakh, while the best raider and best stopper will be given motorcycles by Harley Division Company as prize. President Gurpreet Singh Gurri said that during this Kabaddi Cup, an open arena of famous singer Gurlej Akhtar will be decorated on March 5 at 6 pm, while an open arena of singer Babbu Maan is being decorated from 6 pm on March 6 for the players and sports lovers arriving in large numbers from the country and abroad.
He said that on March 5, there will be all-open matches of Puadh Federation, similarly on March 5, there will be all-open matches (4 players out), while matches of 8 academies of Major League will be organized.
