
Khalsa College NSS Volunteers Participate in Experiential Training Programme
Garhshankar- NSS Volunteers of Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College Garhshankar participated in the experiential training programme organised at Police Station Garhshankar as per the guidelines of Regional Director NSS Chandigarh and Punjab Police Hoshiarpur. NSS Volunteers of the college Amandeep Singh, Prabhjot Singh, Ravi Sihra, Naina Devi and Simran are undergoing training under the guidance of Police Station Head in this month-long training programme.

During the programme, the volunteers are being engaged in various learning activities and social services. College Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira on the participation of volunteers in the training programme said that such programmes not only inculcate a sense of social responsibility in the students but also encourage them to play their role sincerely towards these responsibilities.
NCS Programme Officers of the college Dr. Arvinder Singh and Dr. Naresh Kumari also appreciated the role of the volunteers.
