Patiala, October 23 - Dalbir Kumar has taken charge of Deputy Director Dairy Development Patiala. He appealed to take maximum advantage of the milk schemes and said that the department should take maximum advantage of the two-week self-employment training and four-week dairy enterprise training. 
Giving more information, Dalbir Kumar said that by sponsoring a loan case on the dairy unit of animals, the facility of subsidy given on it should also be taken. The subsidy is 25 percent for general category and 33 percent for scheduled castes.
