Garhshankar:- Today, a bus loaded with elderly pilgrims left for Sri Amritsar from village Sailakhurd under the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme. This bus left for the pilgrimage under the leadership of Gurlal Saila Sarpanch and Daljit Singh Sarpanch Sailakhurd and Block President. This bus was flagged off by Gurlal Singh and Daljit Singh.
This bus loaded with pilgrims reached Amritsar and paid obeisance at Durgiana Temple. After this, they will visit Jallianwala Bagh, Sri Harmandir Sahib and Bahga Border. The elderly are very grateful to the Punjab Government for traveling under this Punjab Government scheme. The Punjab Government makes all the arrangements for the accommodation and food of the pilgrims during this journey.
