Una, November 18: Taking another significant step towards promoting convenience, transparency, and modern services for residents, the Una Municipal Corporation has now launched a fully online payment system for door-to-door garbage collection and property tax bills. This system allows citizens to pay their bills safely, quickly, and conveniently from the comfort of their homes, without having to visit the office.
Una Municipal Corporation Joint Commissioner Manoj Kumar stated that each month, citizens will receive a garbage collection bill message with the government-authorized ID AD-HPGOVT-G on their registered mobile number. The message will include the consumer's name, garbage ID, and a payment link, allowing them to easily make payments through any digital platform.
He added that citizens can also make payments by visiting the Citizen Service Portal (https://citizenseva.hp.gov.in/hp-udd/). Additionally, interested citizens can also come to the Municipal Corporation Una office with the message received on their mobile and deposit their bills through cash or POS machine.
The Joint Commissioner has appealed to all citizens to trust only messages received from government authorized IDs AX-HPGOVT-G and AD-HPGOVT-G and not to click on links sent from any other source. If any citizen faces any difficulty while paying the bill, he can contact the Municipal Corporation Una office and get assistance.
