Una, November 3 - The Una Municipal Corporation has established a "Solution Cell" for the quick and effective resolution of citizen complaints. Through this cell, citizens of the municipal corporation area will be able to submit complaints regarding local issues such as sanitation, drainage, streetlights, construction work, waterlogging, etc.
Manoj Kumar, Joint Commissioner and Nodal Officer of the Una Municipal Corporation, stated that this cell will serve as a powerful mechanism for the timely resolution of problems within the municipal corporation area. He stated that he will personally oversee and coordinate the "Solution Cell" so that each complaint can be resolved on a priority basis.
He stated that Assistant Engineer Ankush Rana will hear the cell. Citizens can register their complaints in Room No. 3 of the Municipal Corporation office at the designated time.
The Joint Commissioner has urged the citizens of Municipal Corporation Una to make maximum use of the “Solution Cell” to solve the problems of their area, so that further improvement can be brought in the cleanliness, smooth management and civic amenities of the city area.
