Chandigarh, July 21:- Haryana's Minister of State for Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Gaurav Gautam said that the main goal of the state government is to provide modern and quality education to the students studying in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), so that the youth of the state can be prepared as per the requirements of the leading and prestigious industrial companies of the country and join them. Taking steps in this direction, state-of-the-art machinery and new equipment will be provided in the ITIs of the state, so that the youth can be made fully proficient in modern methods as per the current demand of the industries.
While presiding over the meeting of the High Level Procurement Committee of the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department at the Haryana Civil Secretariat, the Minister of State issued necessary guidelines to the departmental officers. During the meeting, ITI A detailed discussion was held on further improving the quality of training and making modern technological tools available as soon as possible.
**Skilled youth with degrees are the real strength
Meanwhile, Minister of State Mr. Gaurav Gautam said that in today's competitive era, it is not enough to have an educational degree, but the youth with practical skills are the biggest strength. The common and clear goal of the Central and State Governments is that 'every hand in the state gets skills'. When the youth are equipped with skills, only then will they become self-reliant and will be able to make their significant contribution in building a developed and powerful India.
**More better training will be provided in ITIs
He said that the State Government is fully committed to the skill development of the youth. With the inclusion of modern technologies in ITIs, the students will not only get better training, but they will also be able to directly meet the demand of the industrial sector. This will create new employment opportunities for the youth in the state.
