Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 18 February, 2026:- Exercising the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012, the Additional District Magistrate, Mrs. Geetika Singh, has cancelled the license of Z.S. Mann (OPC) Private Limited firm.
According to the Additional District Magistrate, Z.S. Mann (OPC) Private Limited firm, Office No. 19-20, Sixth Floor, Sushma Infinium, Chandigarh-Ambala Highway, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owned by Mr. Prabhsimran Singh Mann, son of Mr. Jawant Singh Mann, originally resident of House No. 1/535, Hargobindpura, Teja Singh Gali, Wadala Road, Chheharta, Amritsar-143001, presently residing at Flat No. 902, Tower 16, Savitri Green, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, was issued License No. 637/IC dated 26.12.2023 for consultancy work, which was valid up to 25.12.2028.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner stated that due to the licensee’s failure to submit monthly reports and information regarding advertisements as per the Act/Rules and advisory, closure of the office, non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the license, and failure to respond to notice/clarification, the firm and the licensee have violated the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012.
In view of the above facts, exercising the powers conferred under Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012, License No. 637/IC dated 26.12.2023 issued to Z.S. Mann (OPC) Private Limited firm has been cancelled with immediate effect.
Furthermore, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensee/directors/firm partner, then the said company/director/partner/ licensee shall be fully responsible in every respect and shall also be liable to make compensation for the same.
