The Education Department organized skillinteaching and best teaching aid competitions for students at Khalsa College

Garhshankar:- Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira and under the supervision of Head of Education Department Dr. Sangha Gurbaksh Kaur, the Education Department organized skill-in-teaching and best teaching aid competitions for students of BA, B.Ed and B.Sc four-year integrated courses at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College, which is run under the management of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee.
33 students of the department participated in the competitions on various subjects. In the skill-in-teaching competition, Kamana Devi won first, Chahat Bhatia second and Priya third place. In the Teaching of Punjabi competition, Jaspinder Kaur won first place, Khushali won second and Aanchal Devi won third place. In Teaching of Social Studies, Lovepreet Kaur won first place, Kamana Devi won second and Chahat Bhatia won third place.
In Teaching of Mathematics, Simran Kaur won first, Diljit won second and Avinandani won third place. In Teaching of Science, Simran Kaur won first, Manisha won second and Sneha won third place. In the Best Teaching Aid, English, Poonam won first, Priya won second and Kalash won third place. In Punjabi, Komal Kumari won first, Mansi won second and Khushali won third place. In Social Studies, Poonam won first, Priya won second and Mansi won third place.
In Mathematics, Harleen Kaur won first, Sneha won second and Manisha won third place. In the science subject of Best Teaching Aid, Avinandani secured first, Simran Kaur secured second and Harleen Kaur secured third place. At the end of the competition, College Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira distributed prizes to the students who excelled in the competition.
Addressing the students, he said that such competitions motivate the students to move forward in the future. Encouraging all the students to participate in the competitions, he said that it is very important to join the competitions to achieve the goal in any field. On this occasion, Prof. Lakhwinderjit Kaur, Dr. Kuldeep Kaur, Dr. Sangha Gurbaksh Kaur, Dr. Naresh Kumari, Prof. Kiranjot Kaur, Prof. Narinder Kaur, Prof. Harpreet Kaur, Prof. Amandeep Kaur were present.
