Haroli/Una, March 6 (Rajveer Chopra): The discovery of the body of an unidentified man in the fields near the bridge in Bhadasali village, under the jurisdiction of the Pandoga police station, caused a stir in the area. Upon receiving the information, police arrived at the scene, took possession of the body, and began an investigation.
On March 6, police received information that a man's body was lying in the fields near the bridge in Bhadasali. Upon receiving the information, ASI Chain Singh of the Pandoga police station, the investigating officer, was dispatched to the scene. Station House Officer Sunil Kumar and Haroli Sub-Divisional Police Officer Mohan Rawat also arrived with a police team and inspected the scene.
Upon investigation by the police, the deceased was identified as a resident of the Anandpur Sahib area. A motorcycle, a syringe, and other items were recovered from the deceased. According to the police, no signs of assault or injury were found on the deceased's body, although foam was found coming out of his nose.
Initially, the police suspect that the young man's death may have been due to drug abuse, but this will only be confirmed after the post-mortem report is received.
The police have taken the body into custody and informed the family, and the body has been deposited at the Regional Hospital, Una. According to the police, a post-mortem will be conducted on Friday, after which the actual cause of death will be revealed.
