Patiala, July 31:- Team Human Service Society Punjab fully supported the Patiala Bandh called by Team Human Service Society Punjab in protest against alleged inhumane treatment of sanitation workers in Barnala. On this occasion, the society said that it stands shoulder to shoulder with the entire Punjab to protect the rights of sanitation workers and the Valmiki community.
On this occasion, Punjab President Jatinder Sharma said that such beating or inhumane treatment of any person is against the law and it should be condemned in the strongest terms. He said that wherever any religion, society or poor class is attacked, Team Human Service Society Punjab will always stand in their favor.
He said that this incident that happened in Barnala is very unfortunate and the society strongly opposes it. He said that the demands of the sanitation workers are completely justified and in today's inflationary era, it is very difficult to support a family with a monthly salary of Rs. 10 thousand.
On this occasion, Punjab Chairperson Verma Goyal, Retired SSP Sushil Kumar, Retired Pawan Kumar, Rajeshwar Kumar Boxer, Sahil Sharma (Pradhan Shiva), Jasvir Lal, Babbu Pradhan, Shablu Mattu Pradhan, Vinay, Ramchandra Tank, Vino Proche, Bobby Pradhan, Prince Pradhan, Rajesh Gharu, Sonu Sangar Mayor along with a large number of members of the Valmiki community and other dignitaries were present.
